haiku

Haiku is a Japanese poem or verse, most often composed of three lines of five, seven, and five syllables, that originates from the Japanese hokku. The hokku was the opening section of a longer  renga sequence, setting the season using mental imagery. Read more about Haiku, from the Poetry Foundation.

Senryu

Senryu is a 3-line unrhymed Japanese poem structurally similar to haiku but treating human nature usually in an ironic or satiric vein (See Merriam-Webster Dictionary).
